How long does a Full Refresh take?

The Full Refresh takes 4–6 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. We recommend booking a full day slot to allow for a thorough job with no rush.

What's the difference between the Full Refresh and the Maintain Detail?

The Full Refresh is a more intensive top-to-bottom transformation — it includes engine bay cleaning, deeper carpet and upholstery extraction, and full decontamination that isn't part of the standard Regular Refresh. Think of it as an annual reset vs. regular maintenance.

What's the difference between the Full Refresh and the Protect Detail?

The Full Refresh gives you a thorough interior and exterior clean with 3-month paint protection. The Protect Detail adds a 2-year ceramic coating rather than a sealant, so it's the next step up for long-term paint protection.

Does the Full Refresh include the engine bay?

Yes — engine bay cleaning is included as standard in the Full Refresh. It's one of the areas most owners never address and makes a significant difference to the overall result.
